RoboLase DIAMOND TIPS have been coated in an extremely thin layer of the third hardest material known, a material nearly as hard as diamonds. Besides its exceptional strength, this material features a very high melting point, a resistance to harsh chemicals, and a low coefficient of friction. This coating renders DIAMOND TIPS more durable than their counterparts. RoboLase DIAMOND TIPS are coated in a single layer so extremely thin that their part dimensions do not vary from the part dimensions of the original tips. 

RoboLase DIAMOND TIPS can be used wherever normal tips are used and are available for Mazak®, Mitsubishi®, Bystronic®,Trumpf®, Amada®, Cincinnati®, Precitec®, Rofin® and other LASER equipment.They are ideal for various applications, offering good heat and chemical resistance and enhanced durability. Additionally, debris is less likely to stick to these tips.With RoboLase DIAMOND TIPS, you can LASER process, pure stainless steel, film-coated aluminum or stainless steel, galvanized (zinc) material, aluminum and sheet metal.
